On March 6, 2023, The Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs
Convention/hereinafter referred to as “the Convention”) published working documents of
the 17th Conference of the Parties (COP 17) (held in Geneva, Switzerland Jan 24-28, 2022)
on the recommendations of the Persistent Organic Pollutants Review Committee (POPRC) to
list Dechlorane Plus and UV-328 in “Annex A Abolishment” of the Convention. The working
documents are as follows:
Recommendation by the Persistent Organic Pollutants Review Committee to list Dechlorane
Plus in Annex A to the Convention and draft text of the proposed amendment

Recommendation by the Persistent Organic Pollutants Review Committee to list UV-328 in
