A report on the evaluation of the laws and regulations governing chemicals under its preview was made public by the Chemical Management Section (CMS) of the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), of the Philippines, on April 11, 2023.
To provide a basic template for regulatory effect analysis that will help in the development of new policies, the goal of this project is to examine existing rules and pinpoint difficulties and issues with the current system.
The paper includes recommendations for the future creation and application of chemical laws together with the findings of several surveys and focus group discussions.
