In accordance with Section 37 of the Industrial Chemicals Act 2019, Australia released a list of assessment statements for 12 new industrial chemicals on February 4, 2025. After applications are reviewed, Australia will decide whether to grant assessment certificates based on the applicants’ capacity to control possible environmental and human health hazards.
