• Establishment of Effluent Limitation Guidelines (ELGs) for PFAS manufacturers and metal-processing sectors.
  

• Regulatory restrictions on PFAS under the Clean Water Act and TSCA, with enforcement against non-compliant entities.
  

• Emergency responses to PFAS contamination under the Safe Drinking Water Act.
  

• Advocacy for including PFAS in the Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) to enhance transparency and accountability.
  
  

3. Building Collaborative Partnerships
