· This conclusion demonstrates how closely the draft resembles TR EAEU 041/2017 and how it lacks clauses that impose onerous requirements, restrictions, or prohibitions on individuals and legal entities engaging in business ventures and other economic activities, nor does it result in exorbitant costs.

· The regulation has already been submitted to the Ministry of Justice for anti-corruption and legal expert evaluations, after the favourable RIA result.

· It is predicted that this technical regulation will be adopted before the September 2025 deadline, and it will go into effect in March 2026.
