ROHS Compliance

On January 9, 2026, the European Commission published a draft proposal to introduce technical revisions to REACH Annex XVII. The proposal seeks to align the annex with new hazard classifications incorporated into the CLP Regulation in 2024 and 2025, with the key changes focusing on extending the list of restricted carcinogenic, mutagenic, and reprotoxic (CMR) substances.
